These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Ruka Pro ("Platform," "We," "Us"). By using our platform, you ("User," "You") agree to comply with this Agreement.
The following services incur automatic wallet deductions:

As a standard user (non-Agent), you do not earn commissions from referrals or transactions. If you wish to earn commissions, you must register separately as an Agent or Super Agent under our Agent Program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Ruka Pro ("Platform," "We," "Us") and any individual or entity registered as an Agent or Super Agent ("You," "Agent") on our platform.
By registering as an Agent or Super Agent, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Commissions are calculated only on the service fee paid by a Referred User and distributed as follows:

We reserve the right to:
This Agreement does not create an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You are an independent referrer, not an employee of the Platform.
8.1 Tenure Period: All Agents and Super Agents are engaged for a fixed term of ten (10) years from their registration date.
8.2 Termination: Upon completion of the ten-year term, the Agent's or Super Agent's account will be automatically terminated, and they will no longer be eligible to earn commissions.
8.3 Death Before Term Completion: In the event of an Agent's or Super Agent's death before the completion of their ten-year term, their next of kin (as legally documented) shall be entitled to receive the deceased's commission share for the remaining duration of the ten-year term.
8.4 Next of Kin Requirements: The next of kin must provide legal documentation proving their relationship to the deceased Agent/Super Agent and must register with the Platform within 90 days of the Agent's/Super Agent's death to claim entitlement.
8.5 No Extension: The ten-year term is non-renewable and non-extendable under any circumstances.
The Platform shall not be liable for:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
By registering as an Agent or Super Agent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the specific provisions regarding the ten-year tenure and next of kin entitlements.
